Dhaka: Arambagh KS beat Farashganj 2-0 in the Grameenphone Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandu National Stadium on Saturday.
Eilta Kingsley, the Nigerian forward of Arambagh put his team ahead in the 32nd minute after a fierce drive of his teammate Ujumefun Joel slipped off the gloves of Farashganj goalie Samiul Islam Masum and Elita tapped the ball in (1-0).
Joel hit the second in the added time of the first half with powerful shot from the top of the box (2-0).
With the win Arambagh raised their tally to 13 points from 16 matches while Farashganj remained on their previous earning of 17 points from 16 matches .
