DHAKA: Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry has decided to publish final hajj flight schedules of Biman Bangladesh, Saudi and NAS Air airliners on Sunday to ensure a fair and flawless hajj management.
The ministry told this on Wednesday.
The decision was taken in a meeting held at Civil Association Authority office on Tuesday with Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Faruq Khan in the chair.
According to the meeting decision, Biman Bangladesh Airlines is likely to start their pre-hajj flights from September 17 to October 22 and post-hajj flights from November 1 to November 29.
Besides, Saudi Arabian Airlines is likely to start their pre-hajj flights from September 21 to October 22 and post-hajj flights from October 20 to November 30.
The airliners also set backup flights to avert schedule mess-ups.
