DHAKA: The Hunger Games actress, Jennifer Lawrence, is readying herself for a busy next couple of years filming, as she not only has Catching Fire, the highly anticipated Hunger Games sequel to star in, but now reports state that she is set to star in ‘The Ends of the Earth’.
Variety reports that Lawrence is attached to the romantic film which is written by Chris Terrio, says TheCilebrityCafe.com.
According to the report, the film is based off a true story which focuses on the lives of Ernest and Lydie Marland who engage in a controversial love affair. Lydie, 28, marries her 56-year-old stepfather.
Lydie acts a saviour to workers of the time and urges her now husband to increase their wages and provide them with medical care.
Production is slated to start next summer.
Currently, Lawrence has a series of movies coming out including ‘House at the End of the Street’, costarring Elisabeth Shue, which hits theatres September 21.
