DHAKA: Opposition chief whip Zainul Abdin Farroque said the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would be compelled to resign through movement after Eid.
Indicating the Prime Minister, he said, “Quit, otherwise you will be ousted.”
He came up with the forewarning while addressing a rally in front of party’s central office in city’s Naya Paltan area Tuesday.
Mentioning the cases filed against Nasir Uddin Pintu only for harassment, Jainul Abdin said, “Pintu was not involved in Pilkhana carnage.
“Publish the names who were actually involved,” he, however, asked the government.
The rally was attended, among others, by party joint secretary general Aman Ullah Aman, International affairs secretary Nazim Uddin Alam and city BNP convener Abdus Salam.
