DHAKA: At least 41 people have been killed and 38 were wounded when two car bombs exploded near a restaurant in the southern Iraqi city of Hilla 100km south of Baghdad, police said.
Preliminary police reports on Wednesday indicated that the bombs targeted Shia pilgrims heading to Baghdad to commemorate the death of Imam Kadhum at his shrine.
