IU’s Proctor office vandalized

KUSHTIA: The leaders, activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League, Islamic University unit vandalized the Proctor’s office of the university as the nominated candidates of BCL did not get jobs in various posts at the university.

Islamic University Thana Officer-in-Charge Moniruddin Molla told banglanews: “A group of 10/12 BCL leaders, activists led by university unit BCL vice-president Tawhidur Rahman Hitler and BCL leader Ashiqur Rahman Japan vandalized the office of Proctor Dr Meher Ali at noon.”

At that time they asked the proctor why the nominated candidates of BCL did not get the job.

Legal action will be taken against the unruly BCL leaders, activists, said the Proctor when contacted.
