DHAKA: ArsCultura, a French organization, has arranged an international photography competition at Alliance Française de Dhaka, said a press release.
The news release said Alliance Française de Dhaka and the Embassy of France in Bangladesh have jointly organized the contest titled ‘The JP’s Prize for the contemporary photography in Bangladesh’.
Renowned artist Ahmed Shahabuddin is set to support the first edition of this, it added.
Alliance Française de Dhaka has arranged a press conference in this regard at 11am on Wednesday.
Among others, Olivier LITVINE, Director of Alliance Française de Dhaka, Charles-Thierry NDJANDJO, French representative of ArsCultura, the organizer of this competition, Arnaud LOIZEAU, Attaché for Culture and Cooperation, Embassy of France in Bangladesh will be present in the press meet.
The press session will be followed by a press cocktail.
