FENI: A driver and his helper were killed as a rashly driven truck plunged into a roadside ditch in Silonia area under Feni Sadar upazila of the district early Sunday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
In-Charge of Mohipal Highway Police Outpost of Feni Abdul Quader told banglanews that the truck plunged into roadside ditch as its driver lost control over the steering, leaving them dead on the spot.
On information, police recovered the bodies in the morning and sent them to Feni Sadar Hospital for autopsy, he said.
