No net connection for 4-hour Jul 18

DHAKA: The internet connection will not be available for four hours in the country from 1:00am to 5:00am on July 18 due to renovation works of submarine cable.

A source from Bangladesh Telecommunication Company Ltd (BTCL) IIG service confirmed the matter Tuesday.

The sources said the service would be disrupted due to renovation works of the submarine cable.

ISPB Vice-President Sumon told banglanews: “The internet would be disconnected due to regular maintenance of the submarine cable.”
