BOGRA: Some unidentified assailants chopped Bogra City Awami League Youth and Sport Affairs Secretary to death in Khandar area on Thursday night.
The deceased was identified as Shujanur Rahman Shujon, son of late Syed Ali alias Mansur of the same area.
Confirming the matter Bogra Thana Inspector (Investigation) Md Riaz Uddin told banglanews, “A gang of assailants attacked Shujon with sharp weapons in Khandar area around 9:30pm, leaving him critically injured.”
Later, he was admitted to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around 9:45pm.
