Biman officers’ association polls halted

DHAKA: A Dhaka court Monday issued an order for halting the Biman officers’ association election scheduled to be held on Tuesday.

Senior Assistant Judge of the lower court Aftabuzzaman issued the order following a case filed by Biman manager (Commercial) Altaf Mollah.

Atik Sobhan was the Election Commissioner of the poll.

President of Biman officers’ association Jahirul Haque was made respondent of the case.
