FENI: Communications and Railway Minister Obaidul Quader Tuesday said the then 4-party government cannot avoid the accountabilities over the August 21 grenade attack.
The communications came up with the comment while exchanging views with journalists at Feni Circuit House.
Regarding Khaleda’s birth anniversary, he said, “To celebrate August 15 as the birth anniversary of the opposition leader is very unfortunate.”
Indicating opposition, the ruling Awami League lawmaker said, join the parliament at the next September 4 session and place your demands.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is more flexible about the demands of the opposition for the sake of national interest, he added.
The minister also assured that the train service would be better gradually after Eid.
Journalist and Columnist ABM Musa, Feni deputy commissioner Humayun Kabir Khandker, acting president of Feni AL Aziz Ahmed Chowdhury and acting general secretary Abdur Rahman were also present in the view exchange programme.
